Magnolia is built on construction experience, building science training, and a shared standard of professional judgment. The work is done by licensed inspectors who have built homes, managed renovations, and trained for years in the systems they evaluate.

Nick grew up in McMinnville, Tennessee and earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Industrial Management from Clemson University. He spent sixteen years at Lowe’s Home Improvement corporate headquarters in supply chain, transportation, inventory planning, and merchandising management before returning to Tennessee in 2019. He brings analytical discipline and a deep familiarity with residential building systems to every engagement.

Peter joined Magnolia as an Inspector Assistant working alongside Benjamin and advanced through the firm’s apprenticeship program to become a lead inspector. His background is primarily in residential and commercial remodels, and his work has taken him from Wisconsin and Minnesota to Colorado, Oregon, Europe, Singapore, and finally to Tennessee.

Luke moved to Nashville from Denver in 2021. He brings over fifteen years of customer service experience and seven years of commercial construction management — including first-generation office and restaurant build-outs and interior remodels — to Magnolia’s residential due diligence work.

A Nashville native, Brandon spent more than sixteen years in operations management and the pest control industry — servicing homes for a wide range of pests and producing WDO reports for real estate transactions. He brings that field-level pattern recognition to every Magnolia inspection.

Kreshelle coordinates Magnolia’s scheduling and client communications. She holds a degree in Philosophy from Mindanao State University and brings over seven years of customer service and operational experience — including work as a virtual assistant to real estate agents, brokers, and property managers — to the team.

After spending most of his life in California, Christopher relocated to Tennessee with his wife in 2024. With over six years’ experience in the home services industry, he values a strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, and excellent customer service. He is currently working toward his NHIE certification to become a Magnolia Home Inspector.
Christopher became a father this year, welcoming his son Beau in June.

Skye is Magnolia’s Sales & Customer Success Representative, with more than five years of experience in customer relations. She lives in Covington, Georgia — a quiet town with a fun twist: it’s where The Vampire Diaries and Sweet Magnolias were filmed, and she enjoys spotting familiar places around town in scenes on TV.
When she’s not working, she can usually be found lost in a good book, spending time with her two Havanese puppies, Mona and Russer, or gaming with her fiancé — and she’s a devoted Starbucks fan with a growing collection of seasonal cups.

Outside of work, Tori stays busy with a large family, three dogs, a cat, and her service in the military. In her free time, she enjoys reading, caring for her plants, birdwatching, and playing video games with Joe. Whether she is building something new, spending time outdoors, or enjoying quality time at home, Tori appreciates hobbies that help her relax and stay creative.
She is also an avid LEGO builder.

Benjamin founded Magnolia after more than two decades in residential and commercial construction. His career as a residential contractor included high-end additions and gut-remodels of century-old homes, including a historic architectural landmark in East Nashville. In commercial work he managed multi-million-dollar projects, including multi-family insurance restorations.
Magnolia exists because Benjamin believed home buyers, realtors, investors, and builders deserved a true partner in real estate transactions — not a checklist contractor.
