Magnolia is built on construction experience, building science training, and a shared standard of professional judgment. The work is done by licensed inspectors who have built homes, managed renovations, and trained for years in the systems they evaluate.

Nick grew up in McMinnville, Tennessee and earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Industrial Management from Clemson University. He spent sixteen years at Lowe’s Home Improvement corporate headquarters in supply chain, transportation, inventory planning, and merchandising management before returning to Tennessee in 2019. He brings analytical discipline and a deep familiarity with residential building systems to every engagement.

Peter joined Magnolia as an Inspector Assistant working alongside Benjamin and advanced through the firm’s apprenticeship program to become a lead inspector. His background is primarily in residential and commercial remodels, and his work has taken him from Wisconsin and Minnesota to Colorado, Oregon, Europe, Singapore, and finally to Tennessee.

Luke moved to Nashville from Denver in 2021. He brings over fifteen years of customer service experience and seven years of commercial construction management — including first-generation office and restaurant build-outs and interior remodels — to Magnolia’s residential due diligence work.

A Nashville native, Brandon spent more than sixteen years in operations management and the pest control industry — servicing homes for a wide range of pests and producing WDO reports for real estate transactions. He brings that field-level pattern recognition to every Magnolia inspection.

Kreshelle coordinates Magnolia’s scheduling and client communications. She holds a degree in Philosophy from Mindanao State University and brings over seven years of customer service and operational experience — including work as a virtual assistant to real estate agents, brokers, and property managers — to the team.

Benjamin founded Magnolia after more than two decades in residential and commercial construction. His career as a residential contractor included high-end additions and gut-remodels of century-old homes, including a historic architectural landmark in East Nashville. In commercial work he managed multi-million-dollar projects, including multi-family insurance restorations.
Magnolia exists because Benjamin believed home buyers, realtors, investors, and builders deserved a true partner in real estate transactions — not a checklist contractor.
