Magnolia Home inspectors must be physically fit, be comfortable walking roofs with a 6/12 pitch, be comfortable crawling in attics (even in summertime when it is well over 100 degrees), and into tight crawlspaces. Having some background in construction, trades, or a related field is preferred but not required and can be learned through our paid training program.
