Benjamin Hammond brings 15+ years in the construction & building industry to our inspections. He created Magnolia Home Inspections in 2015 to provide home buyers, realtors, investors & builders a true partner in real estate transactions. Someone who knows the difference between everyday normal repairs & larger, complex issues. No scary language or hero mentality- just in depth, objective insight from years in the field for each & every property. This is the mindset he teaches our Inspector team, making Magnolia Nashville’s trusted home inspection partner & the team who expertly provides peace of mind. Personally, he’s involved in jiu jitsu, fitness, faith, hosting poker gatherings for his friends, shooting at the range & is even a big name in local & state pinball tournaments.
Peter began with us as an Inspector Assistant, working side-by-side with Benjamin as his Assistant & Radon Inspector. He quickly advanced through our apprenticeship program to become an Inspector! With his extensive background in the building & construction industry, it was the perfect next move for him & for Magnolia. Peter Grew up in Osceola, WI. He traveled for he & his wife’s work ALL OVER from WI to MN, CO, OR to Europe & Singapore to TN. Peter’s background is primarily in residential & commercial remodels- one of which was a job in Europe to work on the owner of Monkey World’s house! We are so lucky to have him & his years of building experience on our team! He’s also an incredible family man. Peter was a stay at home dad for his son’s first year & homeschooled his wonderful son as the family traveled across the globe for his wife’s work at Starbucks Corporate.

Jenna is our Business Administrator of 3+ years. She comes with 17 years in the administrative field as well as family in the construction & music industries. So she’s right at home at Nashville’s Magnolia Home Inspections. Jenna is raising 2 awesome kids & a puppy named Tiger Lilly. She’s the friend with a killer playlist for every mood or occasion, loves dance, SUP boarding, concerts, yoga, movies & traveling. Other fun facts- She founded & operates a Virtual Assisting & Creative services agency based out of Arizona & is a trained Postpartum Doula. She’s a “Jenna-of-all-trades”

Meet Adriana, our Expert Scheduler! Adriana came on board in October 2019 & has quickly become a major asset to the Magnolia team! She hails from Michigan where she is mom to 2 sweet little ones & brings with her, many years of Scheduling & Administration experience in the medical field. This background made her a perfect fit for the care & service level we were looking to bring to our team. When not using our online Scheduling system, give Adriana a call.
